Personalised Gift Hampers are unable to deliver on Weekends or Public Holidays. Deliveries are made during office hours.
Personalised Gift Hampers are unable to deliver your hamper a specific time.
Please supply an address that someone will be able to receive the gift. If you authorise us to leave a gift hamper at the delivery address without a signature we cannot be held responsible for it thereafter. Delivery time frames as listed below may differ due to reasons out of our control. Outlying metro services may not be serviced at the same time.
All our gift baskets are all made and sent out from Tweed Heads using reputable courier companies. We rely on these companies to make the deliveries on our behalf hence we do not -guarantee deliveries.
Personalised Gift Hampers make every effort to ensure that delivery is made on your specified day but due to circumstances that may arise outside of our control this may not always be possible.
Personalised Gift Hampers do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Orders placed over the weekend and public holidays will be processed the next business and couriered according to the information below.

Substitution of Products
At the time of ordering In the event that a product is unavailable or out of stock Personalised Gift Hampers reserves the right to substitute that product with another similar item. Personalised Gift Hampers guarantee that the replacement item will be equal to or greater in value than the original item.
Cancellation Policy
Please let us know as soon as possible if for some reason you must cancel your order. Cancelled orders prior to leaving our premises will be refunded in full. Orders that have left our premises are unable to be refunded.

2) Choose the specific item by clicking on the picture
3) Once you have selected the perfect gift hamper select the “add to cart” and proceed
4) If you do not want to choose and further gift hamper click on “checkout” if you want to continue shopping click on “continue shopping”
5) If you continue to the “checkout” follow the steps and add in all information required

Personalised Gift Hampers guarantee your personal details will never be given or sold to any other parties.
Office Hours and Weekend Orders
Our office operates between 8.30am to 4.30pm NSW time Monday to Friday. Personalised Gift Hampers office is closed on Public Holidays. We understand your time is valuable so, If we are unable to attend to your call straight away you will be diverted directly to an answering machine. We will return your call as soon as one of our representatives is available.
All calls made outside business hours will also be diverted to an answering machine and will be attended to next business day. Orders placed online after 12pm Friday or over the weekend or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Sale of Liquor
Under the Liquor act of 1982 it is an offence to sell, supply or to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18. Any of our gifts containing liquor must be signed for by a person over the age of 18.
